It is a valuable tool which can save a lot of time, however if you don’t back up to their system and you decided to disable plugin you will lose all your uploads.
It does make it a system you will be tied to, so if you are doing less than 25 megabytes a month should be fine, but the moment (In WordPress anyway) you have to disable plugins because of a problem you are trying to track down, you will be in trouble. I found out the hard way. If they don’t keep up with the WordPress updates , you’re in bigger trouble. Otherwise a valuable tool.
