Hi All,
For some reason, every time we try and update wordpress (its on quite an old version now) it deletes all our media files. After update you can go into the FTP folder and they are all gone – any ideas for this?
Have tried different versions of update and all do the same thing.
Any help would be great! Have had to put off updating for a long time due to this.
