I want to thank you for making this beautiful function a reality in WordPress as yours is unique like no other.
Things found while testing:
1) While playing around with the plugin, I saw the option selection to who can post a rate, and I selected “logged in users” the plugin seems to do what it says but seems to leave an element function I feel that is a key to provide interaction.
For users who are not logged in and try to rate to rate a post, they would feel the function to evaluate is not working. What am trying to point out is that it would be nice if the plugin had a feature to tell the non-logged user “to register or sign in to rate and manage all his or her rate attributes.”
2) It would be nice to have the functional elements to manage one’s rating from the front end
Naturally, I had been playing with WordPress and noticed most registered users were given subscriber roles. For my site to be flexible, I made use of a code to give all my registered users Author roles and limited areas I needed for functions access.
As such while playing around with the function I noticed it did not have the element of change, For example lets say a user gave your plugin a 1 star review by accident assuming he was giving the right plugin that star and noticed later on oh shit, my bad I gave the star rating to the wrong plugin.
As such, when a user gives a rating to a post wrongly, I found it was hard to change that rating.
That’s why I was suggesting if in future there could be a functional design that would give the logged in user access to see all his or her rates to various postin a page while given the ability to make changes to that post from the manage post rating page created.
In all, I want to thank you for your time and effort building this plugin while offering outstanding support and am sure in time this plugin would top the chart as one of the essential plugins out there
