redirect register to a different registration page

I am trying to get my sites standard WP ‘register’ link to redirect to a different page but when i have followed wpforms guidelines nothing happens, it still pops up the stand register form. I think this plugin is already creating a redirect that conflicts? Is there anyway I can change the redirect to go to http://www.perks4u.co.uk/not-registered
