Hi, I have recently started using WordPress. I am a non-technical person and try to learn different things from the internet. I am facing a technical issue and wanted to seek your help.
I recently added Mobilemonkey Chatbot widget to my website https://www.6ixsigma-solutions.com/ and Mobilemonkey Chatbot to my Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/6ixsigmaSolutions/
While the Chatbot is working on my Facebook page, the widget is not appearing on my website.
I installed it in my footer.php file above body tag as per recommendation from Mobilemonkey. I also installed it through Google Tag Manager.
The strange thing is that when I do the Page Speed Test (Google Page Speed Insight test & GT Matrix), I sometimes see a Chatbot widget appearing on my website on above the fold pictures. But strangely this also happens occasionally. Sometimes the chatbot widget is seen and sometimes it isn’t.
Initially, when I installed this Facebook messenger chat widget on my website, it used to appear on all pages of my website regularly. With the passage of time, I could see that Facebook messenger chat widget, on my website, occasionally appears and doesn’t appear every time I or someone else visits my website. After a few weeks, it is completely gone and the Facebook messenger Chat widget doesn’t appear on my website at all.
I am not sure if the issue is with my website or there are any installation issues. I contacted Mobilemonkey and they asked me to contact a developer to sort it out. I checked their website for help but could not find a solution.
It is written on their website that one of the reason could be any conflicting CSS. I am not sure what does it mean. Please help to solve this issue.
I am also not sure if it is an issue with my theme. I am using CORPORATE theme from Mythemeshop. My website is also Whitelisted on Facebook Messanger Platform.
