Hi, We recently switched from using the Freshdesk Official plugin to using WP Freshdesk for the integration between our WordPress site and our support Freshdesk site for customers.
In Freshdesk official, direct ticket links sent to customers via e-mail could be clicked on and users would end up on the ticket page directly.
In WP Freshdesk, clicking on a direct ticket link always brings you to the front page of freshdesk, and not to the desired ticket.
The ticket links look like:
http://support.domain.com/helpdesk/tickets/7706
Can you add support so that these link pass through during the SSO authentication process? Thanks in advance!
