The files uploaded for downloadable products are generally uploaded to woocommerce_uploads folder but with latest wcfm, those being uploaded to uploads folder. Earlier it was working fine and the files were protected from direct download.
If I upload via wp-admin the files are going into woocommerce_uploads folder, please check.
