Hello
So I’m using Kadence for my website’s transactional emails and for the most part it’s working great. Thanks so much for the amazing plugin!
One issue I’m having is with the password reset email. For some reason it’s coming through with the same body content as on the default WooCommerce template. The containers, header, footer etc. are all what I’ve built in Email Customizer, but the body content is what you find in the default customer-reset-password.php file.
I also haven’t copied the above file to my theme folder. I haven’t done this with any of the other emails and they work so I assume that’s not the issue.
Any ideas?
