Visual customizer breaks down

I have been trying to work with ocean wp for a few days now.

Every time I activate the theme and its plugins, the visual customizer stops working. It only shows Widgets and Premium Addons Available and doesn’t show the site.

I tried resetting my WordPress software using WP Reset but it didn’t work. I updated php and it still didn’t work.

Any ideas are welcome.
