Sort invoice items by custom product field

Hi, thanks for this spectacular plugin.
One thing I am stumped by, is there any way to sort tax invoice items by custom field?

Eg, each product has a “bin number”.

I was hoping to sort the invoice items by bin number from lowest to highest.

I’ve seen some of your other sorting posts but can’t seem to find anything relating to that if at all possible?
