After updating to the latest version of the free plugin and completing the wizard to include Google Analytics, the cookie banner re-appears on every page asking for users to accept.
BUT it is only doing this in Chrome and Firefox. It appears just once on Explorer and Opera.
As a short term measure, I set the banner display time to 5 seconds. I’m assuming that my issue is user error and would appreciate any help to locate where I went wrong with the setup.
