Add External Image to Woocommerce Gallery

I want to add an external image (S3) to a Product Gallery. I do not want it to be the Featured Image. I want it to appear below the Featured Image on the Product Page.

I was able to add the link to External URL Featured Image – but that is not where I want the image (an animated Gif).
