Small pictures shown in the grid

Hello,

Now that I’ve found the correct formatting for the article list on the start page, I have a problem with the image size.

The pictures are much smaller than the intended space and are automatically enlarged. What do I have to do to ensure that they are displayed in their original size?
I use a child-theme, but I do not know myself well with css.
