Notes not delivered to our online stock manager

Our client uses WooCommerce in combination with the online stock manager Picqer. We’ve noticed that occasionally the notes added to orders don’t come through to that system. This a bit of an issue seeing as it requires us to double check every order just to be sure. Taking up a lot of time and energy. We’ve contacted Picqer to let them know of the issue and have asked them for a solution.
However, their response was to contact you. Orders are imported into Picqer using the information provided by WooCommerce. This usually works fine but it seems that in some cases WooCommerce adds customer notes after the order was imported by Picqer. Is there a way you could change this? So that the note is always added to the order immediately and can thus be imported in Picqer. Thanks!
