How to keep paragraph tags in the Classic Editor (TinyMCE)?

Hi there!

I want to keep paragraphs & line breaks. Here is the issue:

I’ve noticed when I’m adding paragraphs/line breaks in Gutenberg’s Classic Paragraph they exist (http://prntscr.com/nqybqu) and in Classic Editor (ACF WYSIWYG) they’re missing (http://prntscr.com/nqyemb).

I have these checkboxes (http://prntscr.com/nqyfr7) checked in both “Block Editor (Gutenberg)” & “Classic Editor (TinyMCE)” tabs.

WP 5.2, TinyMCE Advanced 5.2.0

I would appreciate any help.
