How can i get sub fields to new field group

Hi,

I have got Custom Post Type UI. I create new post types like as certificate and customers. And added acf to certificate page Certificate Name, Certificate Info, Certificate Price fields.

Now i organize customer page. I add new acf type to this page. Name, Mail, Adres, Phone ect. And i want to add this page certificate on admin page. When i add post object only seeing post name not seeing sub fields. I want to added other page acf to this acf from database. How can i get this fields?
