The renamer claims “The first media you rename will actually get this filename; the next will be either not renamed or will have a counter appended to it.” However, when auto renaming, it simply lists the file again.
Also, in the media editor, there used to be a notice when the name clashed, but now, after changing the title, the file simply stays the same until a unique title is entered.
