Better Search Replace can’t change anything in wp_posts

I have Better Search Replace Pro on all my sites, and after a HTTPS migration on one site, it stopped working. I deactivated and deleted it then reinstalled and reactivated. Now, whenever I search for anything in wp_posts, it either doesn’t see anything or there’s no reasponse. For example, I’m trying to change the http to https on all http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0/ links.

This is what I input:

Then, after I click the Run Search/Replace button, this is what I see:

In other words, nothing happens. Worse, the search terms get erased and the wp_posts option gets unclicked. Just about every single one of my articles have this string, though: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0/ as shown here:

I’ve contacted Pro support, but the guy says it’s like my hosting service (“it’s usually because of a security limitation on the hosting side like ModSecurity or similar”). However, I have ANOTHER site on this hosting service whose BSR doesn’t have this problem (I searched and replace the exact creativecommons string on that site!).

I was wondering if someone here can figure out something the support guy can’t. Please help. Thanks!
