We love this plugin and use it on a daily basis for our business primarily to keep our customers informed of progress on their orders with us. One thing that we would like to request is the abilty to have “time based” email notifications. We have orders that have long delays between updates and we currently need to manually update our customers if they are delayed for any reason.
For example.. if status ‘A’ has not been updated for X days then automatically send Notification Y.
This would make it the perfect plugin for us with this feature 🙂
Any chance of this being added to the next update? Pretty Please?
