Good Evening,
I am having isuses trying to log into my wordpress admin account via my hosting provider. My site crashed and I was able to successfully restore it through a back up. Once I went to log back into my WP Admin, my username/password no longer worked.
Reset Password (Email):
I tried to reset my password using both the username and the email associated with the account and both times it says ‘account not found’.
Reset Password (MySQL Database):
I tried following some of the steps necessary to access my database (I am fairly comfortable with MySQL) and was unable to find a wp_users table.
Is there any other way I am able to proceed? I do not know where to begin because I know without a doubt in my mind the email AND username however it continues to return as ‘not found’.
