I’m impressed with the SiteOrigin Page Builder plugin. It’s well thought-out and is compatible with most themes. As a developer, I appreciate the ease of creating compatible widgets for the page builder, and the ability to provide complete layouts along with a template package. The documentation is pretty good, and it’s free.
