I started with the free version and upgraded to pro when I figured out I needed to use custom SF fields.
I got up and running pretty quickly, pretty easy to figure out if you’re at all proficient with Gravity Forms and understand how Salesforce Web2Leads work. I especially appreciate the logs the plug in creates which helps speed up troubleshooting between Gravity Forms/Salesforce.
I came across what was either a bug or just an unsupported edge case with my form. I contacted the developers and the next day they released an update with a fix for it. I’m not used to that, kudos for their responsiveness.
Highly recommended if you’re doing what this plugin does, connect Gravity Forms to SalesForce.
