I have an e commerce site up and running. It is written in dot.net. I want to convert my site to a Woo Commerce site because I do not write code, and Woo Commerce takes the code writing part out of the equation. I have to go to my IT department for every change I make, and it is costing me money.
Woo Commerce will do everything my current site does, but I am not sure if it can handle vouchers the way my current website does. I need to know if Woo Commerce can do vouchers the way I do them in my current website. Here is how my current website handles vouchers.
1. First off you must know every item I sell is a virtual, downloadable item.
2. Every purchaser AUTOMATICALLY receives an e mail with a link in that e mail.
3. The link connects them to the voucher that they print, and redeem at the business for that item.
Here is where the dilemma lies.
Here is how my current program works, and how I need it to work in the new Woo Commerce website I am creating.
1. The following is done to prevent counterfeiting. When a product is entered in my current website, my current program looks at the quantity amount entered for that product,and AUTOMATICALLY generates an equal number of random 5 digit numbers.
2. One of these 5 digit numbers will get affixed to every voucher that is purchased.
3. It is very important to understand these 5 digit random numbers are generated at the time of product creation, long before any of the products have been sold.
4. The list of 5 digit random numbers are then brought ahead of time to the business, long before any person makes a purchase.
5. When a person buys the product, and prints the voucher it has one of the 5 digits numbers printed on it. They bring the voucher to the business, and redeem it for the product they bought.
4. To prevent counterfeiting, at the time of redemption the business sees the five digit number on the voucher, and crosses out the corresponding number on the list of voucher numbers they were given ahead of time.

A. The voucher in my current program is created AUTOMATICALLY upon purchase from a pre-made template.
b. This is what prints on every voucher…..
1.There are 2 fixed graphics meaning they are printed on EVERY voucher, and one graphic that is not fixed. The not fixed graphic is the graphic that was entered when the product was created. It is the logo from the business that is selling the product.
2. The description that was entered for the product when the product was created. This sates what the voucher is redeemable for… example a car wash at Joe’s car wash.
3. The 5 digit random number to prevent counterfeiting. This number comes from the list that was created when the product was entered.
4. The dollar value of the certificate. Example… $40.00. This comes from dollars amount field when the product was created.
5. The address of the business which comes from the address field of when the product was created.
6. Underneath the certificate is the terms and conditions of use that comes from the terms and conditions section of my current website.
Can I get Woo Commerce, or any program to do what my current program does with vouchers?
