OG data not be witten when post is published

I am having an issue where the OG meta data is not being written when my posts are published.

When I share my content to FB either using Jetpack Publicize or by sharing the page link, the OG data is not loaded (page title, description, image etc)

I have to manually re-scrape all my posts for FB to find the OG data.

Is there any reason that FB cannot find the OG meta data when the post is first published, but finds it once I re-scrape the URL (sometime less than 30 seconds later), it is becoming very annoying.
