Sometimes OpenGraph image not shown on LinkedIn

When publicizing the attached link, the image (logo) was not shown on my feed at all on LinkedIn. This has happened quite frequently the last couple of months.

OpenGraph-code from the post:

<meta property='og:image' content='https://helijobs.net/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/CHL-199x112-1-199x112-1-199x112-1-199x112-1.png'/>
<meta property='og:image:width' content='199'/>
<meta property='og:image:height' content='199'/>

Note: LinkedIn prefers a maximum of 200×200 to show a small icon to the left of the post. This is important for my users, because I publish up to 20 posts per day. A big image is not an option. There are no errors in the console of Chrome’s developer tools

This post, however, was published with a small icon in LI: http://helijobs.net/2019/04/r44-tour-charter-pilot-australia-2/

What I have done:

    Reconnected (multiple times) LinkedIn to Jetpack
    Changed to different image sizes
    Read through FAQs and this forum for other users having the same issue
    Checked that the same posts on Facebook is working perfectly

Could this have anything to do with the length of the URI? An uneducated guess. Or could this be a LinkedIn-issue that came after they moved to the new API?
