Quite often one or more of my posts will show 0 stars for the overall rating. To fix it I have to edit the post, select a different rating, then set the correct rating and finally, update the post.
It’s incredibly frustrating because I never know when it has happened unless I happen to view an affected post.
Eventually, I plan to find another alternative but am not looking forward to removing the shortcodes from 100+ old posts.
