I’m jetpack to see who many users visit my websote, but When I see the stats the user page is not show.

To explain me better, the link of the page is this. https://virtualcard360.com/user/vcard360admin/

but the jetpack stats only register this url:
https://virtualcard360.com/user/

Please help me.
