Hi,
I am brand new to wordpress, so i am seeing what can and cant be done. To best explain what i am looking for i will provide the scenario.
At our company we have to provide a lot of environmental certificates saying a part number meets a certain environmental spec. Its generally a blanket statement but a date and the specific part number is added.
What i want is for our wordpress website to do it for us. Meaning we have a PDF form created that has our blanket statement, and then when someone clicks on one of our part numbers on our site and goes to the compliance section and clicks on the PDF they will get something like this:
Part Number: XXXXXXX (this field gets pulled from wordpress automatically based on the part they were viewing)
The blanket statement that never changes
Todays Date: Pulls from wordpress what todays date is
A signature.
I dont know where to start on this. Is there a plugin that can do this fairly easily?
