Can I transfer my whole URL and sub URLS to wordpress?

Hello,

I have a store in shopify, but I didn’t add any items yet as my strategy is to first get traffic through a good indepth blog.

eventually I noticed there that the blog isn’t good enough for me and I need a real blog platform (a store I can add later). in the meantime i also did a little bit of social media marketing though twitter

my question is can I transfer only the blog URL to wordpress, and then i restructure the URL so the blog will be the main domain page and the posts will be sub domains Unlike now in shopify where it is /blog/xxxxx

another question is if the links of posts I spread around social media when I change the URL of those posts will they automatically be redirect to the new URL?

also If I do these things, will it hurt the SEO?
