How can I change the size of the circular chat button?

Hi, I wanted to ask you something, can I change the size of the circular chat icon? now it’s 48×48 I’d like to turn it into 60X60 and I’d like to change the symbol inside that now has a fontsize of 18 and I’d like to put it at 30.
I recovered the data from the development console to the point:
