Display list of members by meta key?

Is it possible to display a sub set of the list of members by meta key?

I have created a drop down field in the registration form with it’s own meta key that allows the user signing up to state their interests. I would like to then be able to display a list of members matching those interests on a web page inside the members area?

Is that possible?
