Not working on mobile

Hi! I really hope you can help me. I have the same problem somebody else write time ago and the plugin autor wrote it was solve it, but did not write, ¿How can we solve it?

The thing is the plugin works perfectly fine on pc, but in mobile:
1. Input fields are out of design
2. When you enter name and email when you click the button it displays the Invalid Email error

Please please ¿How can we solve it?, it’s relly important to me this plugin works on mobile, if it does not, i will have to change it
