Jetpack is blocking me from logging into my website, saying that it has blocked my IP address. Only the IP address stated is not mine. I clicked to an email sent to unlock the site, but the link goes to an error page.
Jetpack’s support has been non-responsive. I logged a support ticket 5 hours ago, marking it urgent and had no reply, nor is there any expectation set when they’d respond. So I’ve had plenty of time to research this problem and I learn it’s quite common where servers host multiple sites.
I’m using Sitelock, so is there a need to have Jetpack’s Protect feature turned on?
Any help anyone?
