I’ve used the plugin on a website for a demanding client. As it turns out the software (Business Medium in my case) is incredibly flexible with a huge number of config options. But it’s very well documented and works flawlessly.
On a separate note the support (email) has been phenomenal so far – sometimes I get a response in minutes.
