Always active and jump

Good evening, i use <?php echo do_shortcode( ‘[elementor-template id=”3922″]’ ); ?> im my template that i created. But smth wrong – http://take.ms/SaYZd – all anchors in menu is active. And right img jumps. Can you help me? In template – http://take.ms/9RjdP. Also i use <?php wp_head(); ?> and <?php wp_footer(); ?>
