Contact Form 7 409 conflict issue

We are getting below errors on contact form 7 [5.1.1]

GET http://techhiveteam.com/safeop/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/css/styles.css net::ERR_ABORTED 409 (Conflict)

GET http://techhiveteam.com/safeop/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/js/scripts.js net::ERR_ABORTED 409 (Conflict)

We tried all the solutions which have been provided to resolve this error. But we did not get succeed.

Please let me know how can we resolve this error ?
