Punycode is been edited in WordPress (slugs) -Punycode don’t work in WP slugs?

My problem is: When I post Punycode in (slugs) it getting edited by WordPress after I post? for example this code: xn—-9o6ax0dg1d0v3ch5xsjf become this after posting: xn-9o6ax0dg1d0v3ch5xsjf Which does not display the Chinese language as it should? Like this 罗汉-俞世英刻

I’m using https://www.punycoder.com/ to convert the Chinese into Punycode then I post into WP Slugs, and its not working like it should?
