Layout broken after updating to version 3

I’ve been using this plugin since v2, everything works fine, but layout broken after updating to version 3 so i revert back to v2.7 and everything back to normal. Please fix this issue. million thanks!

(tested with WP 5.1 and Salient Theme 10)
