Pointer

I’m using:
Image popup.
Popup Options / Action on…. / Redirect / URL …
All works fine, but the pointer is not changing to the hand when over the popup, to indicate it is linked. This is confusing, since visitors will hardly undertand that the popup takes somewhere else.
How can I make the pointer change to the hand?
