I’ve been a subscriber since 2016. When UDP works, it’s a lifesaver. However, when it doesn’t, which is 80% of the time, it’s not good. Tech support is responsive, but rarely is a tech support response the same day. If this were a hobby, that would be fine. If they had a chat app to get an immediate (or real time) response, that would be a solution.
I am looking for an alternative backup solution. UDP, you have good marketing, but a very frustrating product.
