Formatting hasn’t worked since v 1.1.4

Hello-

Since v 1.1.4 which we still have successfully running on our live site here:

The formatting for this plugin does not work. You can see on our development site here, scroll to the bottom, please let me know how to get the formatting to work. We love this plugin and would like to be able to keep it updated:
