I can see a log of all the hooks that have successfully been processed in WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions; however, they are by default marked “Pending” even though the payment has been received and orders are completed. When I manually change an Hook status to “Complete”, only then does the contact information get imported to MailChimp, and my campaign triggered. Can you tell me why hooks are stuck as Pending?
