Hi.

On our WP 5.1 site, we have the console error:

Uncaught TypeError: b(...).not(...).filter(...).mediaelementplayer is not a function
    at HTMLDocument.a (wp-mediaelement.min.js?ver=5.1:1)
    at j (jquery.min.js?ver=5.1:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.min.js?ver=5.1:2)
    at Function.ready (jquery.min.js?ver=5.1:2)
    at HTMLDocument.I (jquery.min.js?ver=5.1:2)
wp-mediaelement.min.js?ver=5.1:1 Uncaught TypeError:

This is preventing some functionality to occur.

I have uploaded a new copy of WordPress 5.1’s /wp-includes/ and the issue remains.
