Cache DB Table getting very big

Hi there,

I have noticed that the Database Table “wp_yarpp_related_cache” is growing bigger and bigger. It has more than 800.000 entries now.

Is there a safe way to get this smaller? And prevent it from growing?
Is this Cache really needed in this size?
