I have huge problems with trying to figure out how the e-mail part of WooCommerce works and Google and YouTube couldn’t help me unfortunately.
When you go to picture 1 you can see the place where I should be able to change the e-mails. I want to change the recipients and also the e-mail itself, so I click on ”manage” at ”Completed Order”.
Then I see the picture 2 link down below. I only see Subject and e-mail heading? Where can I actually change the e-mail lol or the recipients? No, there is not a text block below when you scroll down. This is the only thing I see. I want to change the e-mail and the recipients.
An other question of mine is how to send the e-mails when a customer made an order. Click picture 3 please down below. As you guys can see someone ordered something. I want to let the customer know that the order has been shipped so I changed the ”status” to ”completed” and then at order actions just click ”update”. Is this the right way? I don’t click the drop down menu, I just leave it like that. I also wanted to test this, but because there is no way to change the e-mail or recipients I can’t test it lol.
Someone please take the time to help me and explain it in a dummy proof way. This way I will lears everything at once, so I don’t have problems or questions in the future.
