product tag filter not working

I’m unable to get filtering by Product tags working. The XML is returning an empty <channel>. I’ve duplicated a well-tested XML feed and just added a single entry in the Feed filter section like this:

If 'Product tags' contains 'fb' Then 'Include only'

(BTW, what CS stands for?)

I’m looking for practical ways to workaround the current lack of OR-clauses necessary for multi- WC category selection. By bulk-inserting with a different tool a special product tag 'fb' to selected products I was expecting to get the feed properly filtered. Am I doing something wrong, or have encountered a bug?
