I used Contact Form 7 for 3 years. And only three months ago I was pleased. However, the forced imposition of reCaptcha v3 changed everything. Very often, Contact Form 7 started returning “Your comment is recognized as spam”. And worse I realized it was late. Such a response from the contact form form will repel a potential customer.
I installed an extra plugin to return the functionality of reCaptcha v2 to Contact form 7. I wanted to give the developer time to fix the error. However, he did not show a willingness to listen to consumers for 2 months.
My wait time is over. Contact form7 is now uninstalled and replaced whit Everest form.
I’m sorry, but I can no longer recommend Contact Form 7.
