I inherited responsibility for a website that is heavily dependent on formidable forms. At first I really didn’t know that much about formidable, but after using it for a while I’m impressed. The help/support docs and the support team have been great. I even had to do some tricky custom API integrations and was able to accomplish it all with the plethora of hooks they offer.
