Evergreen timer doesn’t seem to start for each new visitor

Hi,

It seems that the timer countdown is the same for all visitors. For example, if I set it to 15 minutes, the first visitor that comes in sees 15 minutes. After 5 minutes, if a second visitor comes in, she sees 10 minutes. Is there a way to make it so that all new visitors sees 15 minutes?

It works now. It seems that setting ‘hide countdown timer after end action’ did the trick. Thanks!
