Cannot change background images

Hi all,

My client’s website uses the OceanWP theme and the Elementor plugin. My problem is this: I cannot change the background image of any section on my page. Uploading images works fine, but the old background image always stays in place when I try to change it.

Any ideas how to solve this issue?
